1. Ending:
Hosting that expires and does not renew within 7 days from its expiration date will be completely terminated. Deleted data cannot be restored in this case and the customer will be informed by mail or telephone. Cloudpoa will not be responsible if the customer is unable to check mail or receive a call regarding the renewal. The following content is prohibited on our servers (no refund possible if we found the following content on the website) Last updated July 15, 2021 1):Do not provide free hosting (for reseller users) 2)High traffic news website is not allowed 3): Spam/threat website 4):Phishing Website 5):Email Marketing 6):IRC scripts/bots 7):Proxy Scripts/Anonymizers 8):Pirate Software/Warez 9):Image hosting scripts (similar to Photobucket or Tinypic) 10): Large collection of MP3 files and/or DVD/CD ISO image files 11):Major Bank Programs 12):Lottery Sites 13): Forums and/or websites that distribute warez/pirated/illegal content 14):Scam sites (including but not limited to sites listed on aa419.org and escrow-fraud.com) 15:Adult site (porn sites) 16):Push Button Email Scripts 17):Bitcoin mining 18:Hacker Focused Sites/Archives/Programs 19):Commercial audio streaming (more than one or two streams) All shared hosting plans are for web hosting purposes. we do not allow hosting any downloaded files such as mp3, wallpaper download site, movie download/streaming site or bot site under our hosting. All of these sites will be suspended by our server team without notice.
2. Fund or credit balance:
1. No refunds after adding funds to Cloudpoa wallet (credit balance). 2. Funds paid into the Cloudpoa wallet are non-refundable.
3. Domain registration:
Once the domain is registered, it cannot be canceled or refunded. It is customer’s responsibility to check domain registration successful or not, rarely in unfortunate circumstances domain registration may not happen due to software error or network error or any other unknown technical reason. If there is any problem with domain registration, customer should get back to Cloudpoa within 7 business days. The customer must inform the support team by writing an email to [email protected] to rectify the problem. Cloudpoa accepts no responsibility for the loss of a domain that failed to register due to invalid/insufficient information provided to us, late payments received or technical faults beyond our control.
5. Reactivation fee:
In case your server is suspended due to any type of malware or phishing or prohibited content, reactivation fee of 100 Ksh /1$. There will be no discount on this, so don’t ask for a discount.
6. Adult Content Policy:
We do not allow adult content such as pornography or nudity. Zero tolerance policy against spam. 1. We take a zero tolerance stance against unsolicited email, bulk email and spam. “Safelists” and “double opt-in” will be treated as spam. Any user who sends spam will have their account terminated with or without notice. No refunds will be granted. 2. Sending Policy and Limits: Bulk emailing is not allowed on our server. Per cPanel account, you can send 100 emails. If an account appears to be spamming, it will be suspended with or without notice (only for shared and reseller hosting).
